Should I have a consultation and/or trial prior to wedding day?
We recommend that each bride have a consultation and trial prior to their special day. This way you can be assured that the style you have selected will work with your overall style and with your head piece/veil. This is the time to make changes to your style and time for the stylist to decide on the timing needed for your wedding day.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
It is important for the bridal party to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. This ensures that the staff can adequately provide completion of all services.
How should I prepare my hair for my updo?
Please arrive with your hair cleaned and dried, preferably done the evening before. Be sure to wear a button down shirt so that you can change into your dress without upsetting your style.
Can I do my nails on my wedding day?
Your nails can be done on the day of your wedding, however, we do recommend all nail services be preformed one or two days prior to the wedding. Touch-ups on polish can be preformed if necessary.
When should I have my waxing services?
Some irritation or redness is normal after waxing services; for this reason we recommend that all waxing services be preformed at least one week prior.
What about changing my hair color before my wedding?
Color can dramatically enhance your look, but it should be done at least two weeks prior to your wedding. This will give you time to become comfortable with your new look.
What should I do with my feet?
If you are wearing up on toed shoes or plan to go barefoot on your honeymoon, you should consider a pedicure. French polish is usually recommend for weddings.
Can I have my bridal services preformed on a Sunday?
The salon is typically closed on Sundays however, we will be happy to accommodate you on your wedding day. Due to insurance purposes, we will be required to charge an additional $100 for opening the salon on a Sunday.
My bridal party and I would like to drink Champagne or Mimosas on my wedding day to relax - can you provide that?
Salons do not carry liquor licenses, which means we cannot provide the champagne. However, if you provide your own liquor, we can accommodate your party with glasses and orange juice.
We won't have a lot of time to eat beforehand, can you provide breakfast or brunch?
Breakfast packages are available at an additional cost and typically include bagel trays, pastries, coffee, tea and orange juice. If you would like something else to be provided please ask.
